mailings to go out when you want them:
sent at the right class, with all appropriate materials, to the right
addresses, etc.
At least one week prior to the mailing.

A Description of the Mail Piece
(ie. self-mailer, 1 insert in an envelope, etc.)
The Date the Mailing is to be Sent Out
Approximate Address Count and Name of File
If you do not know the name of the address file when the mailing is initially scheduled, let mail services know as soon as you find out.
