Scheduling

Why?

Better Service
  If there are any problems with your mailing, there will be ample time to fix them.
    Scheduling also allows us to contact the correct person about the mailing.

Less Confusion
  Scheduling helps your mailings to go out when you want them:
    sent at the right class, with all appropriate materials, to the right addresses, etc.

When?

At least one week prior to the mailing.

How?

Email using the Submit Mailing (or sign-up) form.

Call Print and Mail Production Center:

Please be ready to give the following information:
  When the Materials will Arrive
  Where the Materials are Coming From
    (ie. the department, Print and Mail Production Center printing, etc.)
  When the Address File will Arrive
  Where the Address File is Coming From
    (ie. the department, USI computing, Print and Mail Production Center, etc.)
  A Description of the Mail Piece
    (ie. self-mailer, 1 insert in an envelope, etc.)
  The Date the Mailing is to be Sent Out
  Approximate Address Count and Name of File

Notes

If you do not know the name of the address file when the mailing is initially scheduled, let mail services know as soon as you find out.
