Packaging and Inserting

We can insert multiple components into different sizes of envelopes manually or automatically.

Automated inserting

• Up to six prefolded inserts with our automated inserting machine.
• Fold and insert up to four collated inserts of like sizes.
• Envelope sizes range from regular business size to 6" X 9" with or without a window.
• Brochures and return envelopes can be inserted as long as they are at least 1/3 of a sheet of 8.5" X 11" paper.

Non-automated inserting

• Envelopes are hand stuffed. The combined inserts must fit easily into the envelopes.
• 9" x 12" envelopes
