Other Services

Shrink Wrapping

This service is available for catalogs, books, and small packets. Your items are wrapped with a thin transparent plastic film, which can be a protective cover for your mailing items. Also, the address label can be placed on the plastic cover directly instead of on the mailing items.

Folding

We can fold paper and insert them as inserts into envelopes, or we can just fold paper alone without inserting them by our folding machine. Stapled paper is NOT compatible to this process, so don't staple your paper before it gets folded by us. The most commonly used folding type is 1/3 letter fold. The acceptable sizes are 6" X 9", 8.5" X 11", 8.5" X 14", and 11" X 17".

Sealing

This service is for those who have addressed envelopes and want the envelopes sealed by our machine.

Tabbing

Our machines can place tabs on pieces such as brochures and magazines. This is often more desirable than stapling.

Hand Labeling

If you have prepared self-adhesive address labels, we can put the labels onto the letters or packages for you. Just call us and we will come to pick them up.

Sorting

We can sort your mail according to postal regulations. This allows your mail to be delivered quicker and more accurately.
