Mail List Formatting

Mail list formatting is our basic service. Other services are available upon request. In mail list formatting, we first standardize addresses according to postal regulations. Then we sort the addresses based on presort schemes that provide the best rate and delivery speed.

Example of standardization:

James Bond	====>	JAMES BOND
007 N. Goldfinger		7 N GOLDFINGER DR
SLC, Ut 84158		SALT LAKE CITY UT 84158-1234

List Manipulation

• Merge/Purge
  We can combine two or more lists into one list with the option of deleting exact duplicates.

• Separate
  We break one list into two or more lists according to the grouping requirements. (e.g. campaign code or date)

List Clean-Up

This service applies to the lists you use for individual envelopes. We verify ZIP codes against the National Directory and standardize addresses. Lists are returned with ZIP+4 codes, which are valid for 6 months. The CLEAN lists ensure fast and accurate delivery in the future.
